The last week of school the first graders had a "Rocket Day" at the park. They shot off all the kids rockets and some cool rockets they had as well. We enjoyed going to watch, eating lunch with Emma, and playing at our favorite park.

Emma doesn't talk much about her new school and friends so I was a little worried she was being left out with all the groups of BFFs that would have already been established. So it was nice to see the girls petting her...literally. They are impressed how soft her hair is. That's the Steed in her, true Cannon hair in Texas would curl and frizz up.
